THE LIFE

Sivan graduated from the Film and Television Institute of India and has worked in Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi cinema as cinematographer, director, producer and actor. He is a founding member of the Indian Society of Cinematographers and the most awarded director of photography in India, with twelve National Film Awards. He won his first National Award as a director for The Story of Tiblu. He became the first cinematographer from the Asia-Pacific region to join the American Society of Cinematographers.
